Career sites, not job boards: boards see only the postings someone paid to list, and several boards add their own estimated ranges, which would inflate these numbers. Countries with fewer than 200 roles in the snapshot are left out. A posting counts as showing pay when the board carries a salary field, so a range written into the free-text description is missed - these are floors, not ceilings. "Directive status" is transposition into national law as at 2026-09-16, not a judgement about any employer. Directional, not official.
