Privacy
A privacy policy for a site with no cookies, no analytics and no trackers: what is collected, what is never seen, and your GDPR rights.
This is a privacy policy for a site that collects almost nothing. It is separate from Data posture, which explains what the tools process; this page is about you, the visitor.
Who is responsible
Adrien Hecq, trading as Lowland Data, Belgium. Contact: contact@lowlanddata.com.
What this site collects
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no embedded third-party scripts. The pages are static files. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent) for security and troubleshooting; those are not linked to a person and are not used to profile anyone.
If you email me
I keep the message and your address for as long as the conversation is useful, to answer it and to remember what was discussed. I do not add you to a mailing list - there is no mailing list - and I do not pass your address to anyone.
What I never see
Your runs and their results. Tools execute inside your own Apify account; the output lands in your storage under your retention settings. I hold no copy and have no access.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Given the above, the honest answer to "what do you hold about me" is usually "an email thread, or nothing at all". Ask and I will tell you.
