Terms

The terms covering this website and the software I publish: no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and what is yours to assess rather than mine.

Plain language, and short on purpose. These terms cover this website and anything I supply directly. They do not cover running a tool: the tools execute on Apify, under Apify's terms, which you accept with Apify.

What I provide

Software published on the Apify store, and this site's documentation of it. The tools read publicly accessible pages and return structured fields. I do not provide the data itself as a service, I do not host your results, and I never receive them.

What I do not promise

No uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. These tools read websites I do not control: a source can change its markup, block a route, or go down, and a tool can then return less than it did yesterday or fail outright. The status pages publish the real record, failures included, so you can judge reliability from evidence rather than from a promise. If you need a contractual SLA, this is not the right supplier and I would rather say so here than in a sales call.

Your responsibility

You choose what to run, against which site, and what to do with the output. Whether a particular use is permitted under a source's terms, under database rights, or under data-protection law in your jurisdiction is yours to assess. The tools are built so no personal data is extracted (how that works), which removes one category of that risk, not all of it.

Liability

The software is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from its use, from a source changing, or from a run returning incomplete results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms can change; the version you see is the one in force, and the site is rebuilt from source so its history is traceable. Questions: contact@lowlanddata.com. Governing law is Belgian.
