Pricing
You pay per result, on your own account. No subscription, no seat licence, and a run that returns nothing bills nothing.
One model: you pay per result, on your own Apify account.
No subscription, no seat licence, no minimum. A run that returns
nothing bills nothing. There is no plan to choose and no contract to sign - you
press Start and the platform meters it.
What a thousand results costs
Read from the live store when this page was built, so it matches what you are actually charged. Most tools - 40 of 68 - cost $3.00 per 1,000 results, and the whole fleet runs from $1.00 to $19.90. Prices vary because a tool that opens one page per result costs more to run than one that reads a published file.
What a real job costs
Actual sizes at actual prices - no rounding chosen to flatter.
| Job | Tool | Results | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| A morning sweep of one Kleinanzeigen search | Kleinanzeigen.de Scraper | 1,000 | $1.99 |
| Every car listed on Marktplaats today | Marktplaats.nl Scraper | 3,000 | $5.97 |
| A full Pokemon price guide pull | Cardmarket Price Guide - Pokemon Card & Booster Box Prices | 5,000 | $5.00 |
| Open roles at 2,000 companies | Company Career Site Jobs Scraper (Europe) | 2,000 | $6.00 |
| One bol.com category, daily | bol.com Product Scraper | 500 | $1.50 |
What you are billed for, exactly
One charge per result delivered to your dataset. A result that is filtered out before delivery is not billed; a run that fails is not billed for rows it never returned. Some tools charge a second, separately-named event when they open an extra page for detail (a product page, a job description) - those are listed on the tool's own page and never fire unless you switch that option on.
Apify's own platform usage (compute, proxy) is billed by Apify on your account under their terms, and their free tier covers a meaningful amount of it. I never see your account, your runs or your bill.
Trying it without paying
Every tool runs from its store page, and the store's free tier covers small runs, so the honest way to evaluate one is to run it on your own data question and read the rows. If a tool cannot answer your question, the cheapest way to find out is a hundred results, not a call with me.
Buying a dataset instead of running a tool
The long-run series are priced separately and are not on sale yet - they are being accumulated. If one of them is the shape of what you need, say so and I will tell you honestly how much history exists today rather than quote you a number for data I do not have. contact@lowlanddata.com
