Used car asking prices and listing lifecycles

Daily asking prices with mileage, year, fuel and transmission across Dutch, Belgian and Austrian marketplaces.

Collection begins 2026-09-19; the schedule is not live yet.
Daily, once scheduled · ~1,000-3,000 cars per market per day

Why this cannot be bought later

Asking prices are never republished. A fair-value answer - "this Golf is €1,800 over the going rate for its year and mileage" - cannot be computed from one day of listings, only from a history somebody started keeping.

What the series holds

MarketsMarktplaats (NL), 2dehands (BE) and willhaben (AT). Each is the largest general marketplace in its country.
Per carAsking price, model, construction year, mileage, fuel, transmission, body, engine displacement, energy label, colour, condition, drive train, private-or-dealer, city and first-posted date.
LifecycleA listing seen one day and gone the next has sold, expired or been withdrawn. Comparing consecutive days gives time-on-market and whether the price moved before it went.

What it cannot tell you

Asking prices, not sale prices. A disappearance is a proxy for a sale and conflates sold, expired and withdrawn; nothing observable from outside separates them. AutoScout24 and mobile.de are not included: both refuse automated access and forbid it in their terms.
