Hiring history from company career sites

Open roles per company per day, read from employers' own career pages rather than job boards.

Collection begins 2026-09-19; the schedule is not live yet.
Daily, once scheduled · ~8,900 companies and 387,000 open roles a day

Why this cannot be bought later

A career site shows only what is open now. Yesterday's counts are gone the moment the page refreshes, so "this company went from zero to five open engineering roles this month" is unanswerable unless somebody kept the days. Boards see only what an employer paid to list; career sites see everything.

What the series holds

SourcesAbout 8,600 company career sites on eight applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Personio, Recruitee and Teamtailor.
Per company per dayOpen role count, the system the company hires on, its main country, how many roles publish a salary and how many are remote.
DerivedStarted hiring, stopped hiring, net change week over week, and time-to-fill from how long a role stands.

What it cannot tell you

Counts only - no job titles, no descriptions, no URLs, and nothing about a person. Coverage skews to companies using a hosted applicant tracking system, and to the United States, which is where most of those are.
